Below are some great healthy foods I recommend incorporating into your regular eating routines. As always, do your own research and respect how your body reacts when adding a new food to your diet. I do receive a percentage when you purchase through my links. Happy browsing!
Brazil Nuts
Great for a Keto Diet and Daily Selenium Needs
A lot of Americans are deficient in this important mineral. Here's a great article on how selenium helps your body and how to use Brazil Nuts to get your daily dose. Article
Fun Fact: Populations with more selenium in their diet seem to do a better job of fighting the corona virus.

Peppermint Tea for Irritable Bowel Syndrome
A Wonderful Tool for Digestive Support
Peppermint has anti-spasmodic & analgesic properties & may help ease IBS abdominal pain, spasms & diarrhea. This easy-to-brew Tummy Tea is a quick way to find relief.
Using a loose leaf tea which is important for ensuring you don't have chemicals sneaking in through your tea bags. See below for a recommended tea and infuser mug.

Dark Chocolate
We all know dark chocolate is good for you, but what kind?
We love this brand, ALTER ECO, and the mint truffle thins are especially delicious. It's hard to find chocolate without soy and high fructose corn syrup but this one fits the bill. Enjoy!

Swiss Water Processed Decaf Coffee
Don't ruin your clean living with daily dirty coffee!
Did you know that coffee beans are decaffeinated using a chemical wash? I drink organic regular coffee but I like to decrease the caffeine by adding decaf to the mix. I had a hard time finding a decent decaf that didn't taste like the bottom of a burnt pan. I discovered the more nature process of decaffeinating coffee is to rinse it with water - Swiss Water Process!

Brand I Love: Fresh Roasted Coffee. I originally found them on Amazon, but you can also buy direct. I have a monthly auto-ship order of decaf and half-caf direct from their website. I buy the Mexican or the Sumatra Blend.
Asparagus
A perfect vegetable to include in your diet!
Asparagus is one of the clean fifteen! Which means it is not typically sprayed with pesticides and you don't have to buy it organic. It’s low in calories and a great source of nutrients, including fiber, folate and vitamins A, C and K. Just half a cup of asparagus contains 1.8 grams of fiber, which is 7% of your daily needs.

Additionally, eating asparagus has a number of potential health benefits, including weight loss, improved digestion, healthy pregnancy outcomes and lower blood pressure. Other bonuses include: it’s inexpensive, easy to prepare and makes a delicious addition to a number of recipes and meal plans.

Dried Fruit
A great source of daily nutrients!
Dried fruit contains many nutrients including pectin, vitamin C, vitamin A, folate and fiber just to name a few. This can sooth the sweet cravings and make a great pairing with nuts and cheese. One of my favorite dried fruits is dried mango cheeks. THIS BRAND is organic and has no added sugar or preservatives so you know you are eating clean. As with other dried fruit, moderation is key as it contains sugar and carbs that can easily add up if eaten "like chips".
